The product is custom commissioned art work and cannot be refunded. The artist paints head shots only, the body portion of photos provided will not be used in the portrait. Artist will select the background color for the portrait and the mat color (black or white) to complement the portrait. Finished portraits may be used on website for marketing purposes. Free shipping except on international shipments.

2. Your Obligations and Responsibilities

We reserve the right to cancel any order using any promotion or promotional code, at our sole discretion. If any order cancellation occurs you will be credited in full for the cancelled order(s). Refund Policy (Online purchases): By purchasing artwork on this site you are requesting custom commissioned artwork. There are no returns or refunds for custom commissioned artwork.

If the portrait is damaged in shipping, notify us through the contact page and include a picture of the damaged portrait. A new portrait will be painted and shipped to you at no cost.
